Benefit Details

  1. This certificate entitles the bearer to a complimentary night stay including breakfast in a Cozy Room for two (2) guests at Ole-Sereni.
  2. As per Hotel's Security Policy, it is mandatory to produce an identity proof at the time of checking in. (In case of double occupancy both guests occupying the room have to produce identity proof)
  3. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other certificate and for consecutive nights.
  4. This certificate is subject to room allocation availability and with prior reservations clearly stating the use of this certificate. Black out dates may apply. This certificate must be redeemed at the time of check in.
  5. This certificate is valid for single use for one (1) room only.
  6. This certificate is valid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday night only.
  7. All extra and applicable taxes on room have to be settled directly at the time of check out.
  8. This certificate has no cash value.
  9. This certificate is transferable.

Authorization and Identification

  1. Redemption of this certificate is only authorized by entering a valid OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
